  What is the expiration date of the product?

  A

  If the product is not opened, it is usable for 36 months from its manufacturing date; if the product is opened, please use it within 1 year.  Basic products: 30 months Body care, hair, skin, shower products: 36 months

  If a product is not for your skin, what can you do?

  A

  If the product is not compatible to your skin, please stop using the product for 2~3 days and start reusing.
  This time, try not to use directly on the face but test on the inside of your arm or back of your ear (where you can attach anti-sickness patch). If it gives you irritation, the product is not for your skin so please stop using the product and exchange for other products. If no sign of irritation was found on the inside of your arm or back of your ear (where you can attach anti-sickness patch), try to apply small amount of the product on part of your face.
  If irritation occurs stop using the product and if no irritation, gradually increase the amount of the product.

  How do I store the product?

  A

  Cosmetic products can be deteriorated due to extremely hot or cold weather or drastic temperature change.
  Especially in the bathroom, the temperature or humidity change frequently; therefore, it is not a proper place to store the product. Storing at room temperature (15~20℃) is most desirable.
